Daniel Ryan has a Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning) at RMIT and 20+ years’ experience in the financial planning industry. In 2013, he launched TNW Solutions with the goal to provide Australian financial planners with exceptional quality paraplanning services – without the risk or expense of hiring an in-house team. TNW is now an integral part of the Australian’s financial planning landscape and works with both large national financial planning firms, and independent boutique financial advisers across the country.

Esha Khosla - Director
Esha has more than 15+years’ experience in the financial planning industry and holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning qualification. A former colleague of Daniel, Esha decided to join TNW Solutions in 2015 and has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business. Since joining, Esha has helped grow the business to include a team of 20+ experienced paraplanners who handle the needs of 90+ financial planning firms across Australia.
Deepika Goel – Head of Operations
Deepika has 10 plus years of experience in the financial services industry with 6+ years’ experience in financial planning when she joined TNW Solutions. Since joining Deepika has devoted herself to streamlining administrative processes across the paraplanning team to gain efficiencies and mentor the junior paraplanners. She has been involved in the growth of the business and handles a team of 15+ Paraplanners. She holds a Masters of Business Administration/(Finance) and has a strong knowledge across all aspects of financial planning.
Kathlyn Ducusin Sangalang - Senior Paraplanning Manager
Kathlyn has 11+ years’ experience in the financial planning industry and has been with TNW Solutions since 2015. She has specialist knowledge in a range of strategic financial advice areas and ensures all our documents are prepared to the highest industry standards. Kathlyn holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) and Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.
Cecilia Ng - Senior Paraplanning Manager
Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning. She joined TNW Solutions in 2014 after previously working with both Daniel and Esha at Mercer. Cecilia brings an outstanding skill set to our team, combining both experience and knowledge with an exceptional attention to detail. She is committed to seamlessly delivering financial advice documents of exceptional quality and paraplanning support to advisers.
Ben Brown - Senior Paraplanning Manager
Ben has 17+ years’ experience in the financial planning industry and has been with TNW Solutions since 2016. Ben is a knowledgeable and meticulous paraplanner – he uses strong strategic and technical skills to assist the broader TNW Solutions team in maintaining the highest standards of SOA production and compliance. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) and Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.
